Paul Norio Morton, MD
Hip & Knee Replacement · "The Robot Doc"Dr. Morton stands at the forefront of hip and knee replacement, including the pioneering use of robotic-assisted procedures. A Big Island local, he is board-certified and fellowship-trained, and was Hawai‘i's first fellowship-trained robotic joint-replacement surgeon.
Known as "The Robot Doc" for his precision, he focuses on muscle-sparing options designed for less pain and faster recovery in eligible patients — with personalized plans and honest guidance about every option, surgical and non-surgical.
Ronnie Otieno, DO
Sports Medicine · "Dr. Oti"Born and raised in Kisumu, Kenya, by the shores of Lake Victoria, "Dr. Oti" has always been active — rugby and sport shaped his belief that movement is medicine. He studied at Washington University in St. Louis, earned his medical degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed Family Medicine residency at Creighton (Phoenix), and a Sports Medicine fellowship at MAHEC in Asheville.
He has a special interest in ultrasound-guided procedures and making healthcare accessible, with a long record of community and volunteer work. Dr. Oti treats everyone with warmth — like family — and is honored to serve the community as part of the PB&J ‘ohana.
