After hours, your call is answered by Physicians Exchange, our answering service, who will reach the on-call provider for you.

Video visits for all patients
Video visits
We offer video visits to every patient. They are a good fit for many follow-ups, reviewing imaging, and talking through treatment options, so you don't always have to drive in or fly between islands. A video visit does not replace an in-person exam, and Dr. Morton will let you know when you need to be seen in the office.
Patients in Hawai‘i
Your video visit runs through Doximity. At your appointment time we call and text you a link — there is nothing to install and no account to create. Just tap the link on your phone.
International patients
Patients outside the United States meet with us by secure video through doxy.me. It runs in your web browser on a phone or computer, with no app or account to set up — a good way to review imaging and plan a visit to Hawai‘i for care.
Request an appointment by phone or Klara, then upload your X-rays, MRI, or CT before the visit so we can review them together. What we can offer by video depends on the laws where you are located (see our disclaimer).
