Yes. Pacific Bone & Joint sees patients with Ohana Medicare, AlohaCare, QUEST (Medicaid), VA, and Tricare Prime, but these plans require a referral or prior authorization before your visit. Please confirm the requirement with your health plan or referring provider; once it is in place, we verify your eligibility and schedule you.

Pacific Bone & Joint is in network with the Kaiser Added Choice plan. Standard Kaiser HMO coverage generally requires care within Kaiser’s own network, so check which Kaiser plan you have before scheduling. Self-pay is also an option for Kaiser HMO members who want to be seen here.

Yes. Pacific Bone & Joint treats work-related injuries under Workers’ Compensation at all four clinics, including evaluation, surgery when needed, and in-house physical therapy on Oahu. Bring your claim information to your first visit so we can coordinate billing with your employer’s carrier.
