Now Hiring — Actively Interviewing
Massage Therapist (LMT)
Licensed Massage Therapist · Full- or part-time · Oahu or Big Island
Typical starting range · actual pay depends on experience, credentials, and location.
Pacific Bone & Joint is expanding our rehabilitation services and hiring a licensed Massage Therapist to provide clinical, rehab-focused soft-tissue care. You'll work alongside our physical therapists and physicians to help patients recover from injury and surgery, ease pain, and move better.
This is therapeutic, outcomes-driven massage in a supportive orthopedic setting — not a spa. If you love clinical work and being part of a patient's recovery, we'd love to meet you.
What you’ll do
- ✓Provide therapeutic and medical massage — deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point, and soft-tissue mobilization — as part of patients’ rehab plans.
- ✓Coordinate with our physical therapists and physicians so soft-tissue work complements each patient’s treatment goals.
- ✓Assess soft-tissue restrictions and tailor each session to the patient’s condition, comfort, and recovery stage.
- ✓Educate patients on self-care, stretching, and home strategies between sessions.
- ✓Document treatment and progress, and keep your treatment space clean and welcoming.
What we’re looking for
- ✓Current Hawai‘i Massage Therapist license (LMT), or eligibility to obtain one before start.
- ✓Training and interest in clinical, orthopedic, or sports/rehab-focused massage.
- ✓A warm, professional, patient-first approach and strong communication skills.
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehab team.
- ✓CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Why Pacific Bone & Joint
- ✓‘Ohana culture — a supportive, collaborative team that treats each other like family.
- ✓Work within an integrated orthopedic and PT team, with real clinical variety.
- ✓A growing, technology-forward practice with four locations across Oahu and the Big Island.
- ✓Meaningful work helping Hawai‘i move without pain and get back to the lives they love.
