Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Pacific Bone & Joint is growing fast, and we are aggressively hiring a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. You'll work directly alongside our physical therapists to guide patients safely through every stage of recovery.

What you’ll do
- ✓Deliver treatment under the direction of our physical therapists — therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and modalities.
- ✓Guide patients safely through each stage of post-surgical and orthopedic recovery, keeping every session encouraging and on track.
- ✓Monitor and document patient progress, and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
- ✓Set up treatment areas and equipment, and help keep the clinic organized, clean, and welcoming.
- ✓Build rapport with patients and contribute to a warm, positive clinic culture.
What we’re looking for
- ✓Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- ✓Current Hawai‘i PTA license, or eligibility to obtain one before start.
- ✓A dependable, hands-on team player with a genuinely kind, patient-first approach.
- ✓Interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation; new PTA grads are encouraged to apply.
- ✓CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
